The agreement behind every move.

By accessing MakeThemRank, creating an account, submitting a listing, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the current Rules. If you act for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and use the payment method you provide. If you do not agree, do not submit a listing or purchase a Bid or Shield.

MakeThemRank is a public leaderboard for apps, websites, web applications, and X profiles. Listings compete for placement through paid Bids. Higher active Bids rank first, subject to tie timing, Shield, and Comeback mechanics described in the Rules.

A ranking is paid visibility, not an editorial endorsement, product review, quality score, promise of traffic, or promise of a particular commercial result. Other eligible buyers can change the order after your payment.

Purchases require an authenticated account tied to a verified email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email and your active session secure, for the accuracy of account information, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

A short listing-management URL identifies a listing but does not authorize access by itself. Private actions are checked against the signed-in owner. We may require fresh verification for sensitive changes and may end sessions under our security policy.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant MakeThemRank a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, resize, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate listing pages, Featured Cards, Share Cards, account previews, and service promotion.

You confirm that you have the rights needed for every name, description, logo, screenshot, video, and link you provide; that the listing is accurate; and that the destination does not contain malware, deceptive redirects, or unlawful content. You can remove custom media from your account, subject to reasonable backup and audit retention.

You authorize the amount itemized on Review Order. Normal Bid increases preserve the listing’s existing Bid credit; a Shield Break and its five-minute Comeback use the distinct fresh-order rules published on the Rules page.

Shields are time-limited and breakable. A Shield does not guarantee #1 for its full selected duration. When you add one, you acknowledge the displayed break price and non-refund notice. No quote or checkout reserves a rank. A Comeback checkout started before its timer ends reserves only that one discounted payment attempt. A changed live board may still require you to approve a recalculated order.

Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for checkout and may appear on receipts or statements. Dodo and its payment partners process payment details, taxes, refunds, fraud checks, and card-network disputes under their own terms and legal duties. MakeThemRank does not store complete card details.

Activated Bid and Shield purchases are final because the competitive placement or protection begins immediately. We consider a refund for a duplicate charge, a verified technical failure that prevents activation, or when applicable law requires one. Shield purchases remain non-refundable when broken early by another bidder.

For a billing error, contact us through the support details in your account or receipt and provide the payment reference. We may share the quote, activation record, account verification, and public board event with the payment provider to investigate a dispute. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

You may not use MakeThemRank for impersonation, infringement, fraud, harassment, unlawful products, malicious code, payment abuse, automated interference, artificial click inflation, or attempts to bypass ranking, account, or purchase controls.

We may investigate, edit metadata, merge duplicates, limit features, hide a listing, suspend an account, or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to a rights complaint, or satisfy a legal or payment-provider requirement. We will use proportionate action where practical.

MakeThemRank may fetch public metadata from Apple, websites, X, and other services, and may embed media from Loom or YouTube. That information can be delayed, incomplete, changed, or removed by its source. A listing owner can request a supported refresh but cannot require us to preserve outdated third-party data.

External destinations are operated by others. We do not control their products, availability, privacy practices, or claims. Opening a listing link is at the visitor’s discretion.

The MakeThemRank service, software, ranking presentation, branding, logo, visual system, and original site content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights. You may share generated Share Cards for their intended promotional use, but you may not remove attribution, copy the service, or imply an endorsement that we did not provide.

We work to keep the leaderboard accurate and available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, payment reviews, and legal requirements can delay or limit access.

We may change or discontinue features prospectively. When a material change affects an already-paid time-limited benefit, we will use reasonable efforts to preserve it or provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeThemRank is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, sales, rank duration, third-party metadata, or the conduct of another user or destination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to MakeThemRank for the order directly giving rise to that claim. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them or to liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The page will show the new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Questions about a listing, payment, or these Terms should be sent through the support method shown in your account or payment receipt. Include the listing URL and payment reference when relevant so the event can be traced accurately.
